With a suction at 2 bar (30psi) that gives an evap
temp of about -20 degC.

If your suction line did not freeze I would be worried.

A frosty suction line does not mean liquid is present
it just means the pipe is below freezing.

You need to meassure the temp of the suction so
we can work out superheat and you need to give
some air on air off temps across the evap as well.

The only thing wrong is that you are running -20SST to achieve -1 room temp

is ice build up present on the unit cooler,at -1 C room temp ?if so,may be you have an oversize expansion valve or you may have feeding too much, when adjusting txv always check unit cooler superheat.are all fans running?

30 psi is too high for a freezer and not high enogh for a fridge, so its either undercharged or overcharged, my guess is its an overcharged freezer explaining the ice on the suction line, remove gas and recharge.
