Hi l was working on a panasonic airconditioning unit.The model is CUA24BKP5. Someone already worked on it two weeks prior and changed pcb outdoor and was working good until now. The indoor unit runs and the compressor does but the outdoor fan motor doesnt. l checked the fan motor capacitor and changed its not that founded that only 33volts are coming out of outdoor pcb to fan motor. l am not sure if its the outdoor pcb because they already changed it.
