Hi, this fridge has stopped cooling in both fridge and freezer. All lights are on, none flashing and the fan is still running but not the main motor (no usual functioning noise). Done a search and no one else has similar problem. Funnily enough the temp indicator does not decrease when fridge temp does, so it's only when you turn it off and on you realise that the temp has changed.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Got is sorted but here is a great tip for anyone having problems with this FF.
To re-set the FF and the whole system, press the "Power Freeze" and "Power Cool" buttons together for at least 8 seconds. The fridge with power off and the back on after 20 seconds resetting all values. You may even try this before calling an engineer but if any new parts have been fitted carry out this action. Hope it helps, even our Samsung engeneer didn't know this!
