Good afternoon.
Sorry, my english is bad.

Please help me. The controller does not start the engine or in an automatic or in manual mode. On display there are no errors. Checked all the circuits the relay sensors. The signal from the controller to Run Relay is not filed. How can I enter in test mode and test relay mode?
Does anyone have any user manual for this controller? Please send me.

Yes, power is good, 13,5 volts. The screen displays the current temperature in the van, the temperature setpoint. The engine will not start. An error message no. Plant in emergency mode Fresh, Frozen. Engine start. The screen shows an error 35. Please send a description of the controller.

Code 35 is check run relay circuit

K7 is the run relay

The micro energizes the run relay by providing a path to chassis ground via the RRP wire

But the error 35 appears only when the engine is running in a mode FRESH or FROZEN. In the operation of the controller are no errors, but the engine will not start either manually or in automatic mode. Could you send me a description, pictures of which you insert into your reply.

code 35 will also appear if theres a short.
Check your amp draws. The controller doesn't tell you this. Might be the engine pre heater or similar.
