Problem of SBII Lost communication

Hi everyone

pls help

My SBII has showned Lost communication. What I have done are installing software from TK, replacing alternator, battery, Sensor RPM, and ingelectrical sys replace fuses. It is stilled not working. It has broken for 2 months. TK recommend to replace the control board and micro pt but it is very expensive. Really need your helps. TK centre reply me thta my refrigerator is the first unit to have this trouble.

are you talking about a Smart reefer 2 controller?
A actual sb11 is quite an old unit now not micro controlled

those wont last forever.upgrade the only way.if u like highend service calls and problems they will pay for themself with trouble free operation in time.. pay now or more later.

you need to identify exactly what type of unit it is SBII will not show this fault...untill we know what unit it is we can only guess as to what to tell you, it sounds like a cable loose somewhere
