Hansen HMSV wiring

Hello all, first post. My question is this. My company has started installing the Hansen HMSV motorized valves for liquid vessel feed. We have had many problems wiring related. Has anyone out there used these valves? By reading the manual I say these valves do not require a common, only two 24VAC feeds and a switching wire, and then a ground. Anyone out there with any input?

What is your actual problem with these valves regarding electrical wirings?,how about its operation?,is it functioning properly?..,give more details pls..:)

If you use a common 24VAC transformer when they want 2, you get problems. I tried with one & they don't work. With separate power source as required, they work very well.
