what SST are you running? and defrosts?

The XM and KM series cases are pretty good and have never really heard of anything like this happening if they are within manufacturers specs, being KM (which are the metric cases) it will have 1 coil

-6 celcius, defrost 3hr for 15 mins

So 8 defrosts per day @ 15mins, thats as per Austral specs, the -6 is a little low in SST, they are designed for a -3.5 SST at the case (provided you can maintain a constant SST- eg rack system or unloaders on a single system). Running lower can increase the frost load on the case and drop off the airflow, how is the humidity in the shop? Running a lower SST I reckon with 60% and above RH you'd be frosting the coils quickly and losing airflow which it seems you are picking up on the LH and RH ends first.

Just been to site again and found that one of the AC systems is faulting. Waiting for the AC tech to repair (wty), will advise outcome
