How to calculate heat load of Open Type display coolers? (Like the ones normally seen in Super markets)

Thanks for your quick reply. If I purchase an open type display, can I get information how the mabufacturer calculated the heat load?!. I am not going to use the unit, but I would like to know how the heat load is calculated in those units. In refrigeration books as well as on the web pages, it is explaining the calculation for an insulated, all sides closed rooms/ cabinets. But never seen one for display units with one side open. So may be some one can explain

Consider the front as a side with a very large heat loss.

Thank you Brian_UK, but what about the "K" value for the "air wall"?
OR Can we calculate the heat load using air change factor taken as 2 or 4 fold of heavy usage?. What is general practice?
