Samsung sr-s2028

Hi new to this.samsung sr-2028dvw .fridge/freezer. Warming up. Ff compressor kicks in when unplugged..drops to temp.will not cut back in when temp rises. Removed internal covers no ice build up. Fan can be seen to work on freezer side but not on fridge side. Note earlier thread on ff defrost heaters are there one for freezer.one for fridge.any help on this
