Have not had chance to check configs yet, but i know that at -12 and above the unit cycles between heat/cool as normal.

I have replaced WT sensor and checked configs. Unit still continues to freeze well past its set temp of -25...!!Also, has anyone had problems with leaking suction vibrasorbers, shaft seals, and 3 phase motor failures on the Supra 550 range?

Vibro,s oily , speed solenoids by the dozen, engines on supra ,450,s failing early . a problem with motors burning out ,that was more to do with customers dodgy mains supply trying to run too many units........apart from that ok.

when you turn it off does it stop quickly? thinking of stop solenoid prob.

Thanks for all your feedback, turned out to be a heat lock-out problem as suggested by abbsnowman.
