View Full Version : Help! Top of Bosch Freezer not freezing food

Hi
I have a Bosch Fridge Freezer (about 5 yrs old) which has stopped freezing food in the top drawer and right at the top of the 2nd drawer. The bottom 2 drawers and the fridge section are working fine. Any ideas what it could be?
Appreciate any help you can give me.

Is the evaporator fan running?

I'm a complete novice so you'lll have to let me know how to check that! I turned on the super button last night to give it a blast and it stirred into life fine

Could be a number of things...if your a novice call a refrigeration company

Remove all food from freezer....switch off freezer....leave doors open for 24 hrs.
restart and monitor...if still no joy call in a company
