i have a problem with this heat pump. error 02 shows up on the display on the front of the unit. A company here in spain called eurofred have told me its a communiction error,but didnt seem to want to help me anymore. i have checked the indoor and outdoor control board fuses,which are both fine. the single phase power supply goes to the indoor unit.then from there,to the out door unit. i have 240vac between terminals 1 and 2 at the outdoor unit. Can anyone tell me what the voltages should be at terminal 3, when connected,and disconnected. So that i can try and determine if the unit is loosing the signal at the indoor unit or at the outdoor?
