happy new year to all of you.

I have a blast freezer 4H-15.2 Bitzer compressor without CIC system ,room temperature -35°C by using R22 refrigerant .

I realised the compressor oil become brown colour . Last oil changing was 1 year ago . some people said i need to install CIC system to prevent oil colour changing .

could any body guide me where to get the information or article about CIC system and VARICOOL system ? when i need to fix those system and why install head fan ?

I have tried on GOOGLE search but still can not get what i want .

Your help would be much appreciated .

Regards

Install Bitzer software, find your compressor and set your operating conditions and software will tell you what you need.
I doubt that is necessary for R507 or R404A since their vapor density is higher at same evaporation temperatures.

Varicool or CIC depend on size of compressor!
For R22 and room temperature -20 evaporation will be around -28°C and that require CIC or Varicool as well as aditional head cooling.
You cannot use capacity control when you have CIC !
