Terms & Conditions of sale

Afternnon ppl,

I was just about to launch a website with a online shop. We are using worldpay by RBS and i need to get terms and conditions of sale before i can launch this.

Does anyone know where i get a told of these??

net 30 is pretty standard. the penalize 2% per month late fees. also you can offer 2% discount if a customer pays in 15 days etc...that sort of thing.

oh ya and take visa and MC cause it will save your ass against guys not paying for service calls. i always get a visa # before i do a call as i got burned a few times already

Dam i forgot about this question.

I thought there was maybe a standard (general) set of rules you go by but as someone has mentioned, you have to go through a scotland lawyer or depending what part of the country your from.

I need to get it all done anyways
