Resource Data Management pannel code?

hi we have taken over the service contract for a small supermarket in north east england, it has a lt and ht pack and all of the cases have elm controls, i have a hand held controller which i can change most of the set points but i carnt get acess to the Resource Data Management pannel and was wondering if there was a defalt pass code? i have tryed all the normal stuff like 1234, 0000, 9999 ect but no luck, any idears, i think it was looked after by wr refrigeration but could be wrong:confused:

Does the customer not know the codes? No, I suppose not.:(

Any chance that the customer could ask the previous contractor for it, maybe they have changed it and if so they have a responsibility to provide it.

already asked that!, the store was bought buy another company now has new managment there is no paper work for the packs so dont even know the history did put 7lts of oil in the lt pack though and about 17kg r404 leak on hp

i think so its in the durham area of the uk

RDM's phone number is 01418102828, contact their tech' help dept', they will require the panel I.D. number ( if memory serves me, this can be found on the bottom left of the screen when you push the service option on the panel). They can issue you with an individual code for that particular panel......It will cost you....
