Honeywell Vision Pro 8000

I have a Honeywell Vision Pro 8000 thermostat. The red light at the top has a flash code of 2 flashes. Does anyone know where I can find the coding becasuse I cant seem to find it in the manual or anywhere on the internet?

The issue was the heat pump would not work and the blower would be working constantly. I found out that sometimes the thermostat malfunctions when put into auto mode. So going into the installers menu and changing that setting will correct this and the heat pump works fine now.
