my liquid cooled york chiller ykbbbdp5 is working with 100-102%FLA, under high suction and discharge pressure,low superheat(2-3 degC), NO GOOD LEAVING TEMP(9-10DEGC) and the discharge temp is about 37 degc.the vanes are 100-85% openning.
How to get a good leaving temp(7degc setpoint) with a good current load?
If the cause is refrigerant overcharging, how to process to remove some refrigerant from the system while the chiller is working?

In that case, connect your recycle unit to the suction port and start pumping out the refrigerant until you get bubles in the sight glass.

Let the unit balance to see if you need to add or empty refrigerant.

what is your subcooling??
before u remove gas check this factor it will tell u exactly if u are over charged!!
what is ambient temp ?
i assume unit is air cooled are condenser coiles clean??:)
what is water drop on evap??
what is your delta -t??
