ive got a kerstner that is showing error 6 which ive been told is service needed fault BUT no one at any kerstner agent will tell me how to clear it. we have even done a job for kerstner in the past and they still will not tell me. ive been told by other engineers that they have had to turn the work down and send them to mercedes agents

E-6 meansthat service due date reached.Solution to clear code, i think you must enter in service parameter
