Dixell V520 controller

Hey guys,

i have a small sandwich cabinet with a Dixell v520 controller on it, its freezing the product and i cant find a manual for it anywhere on their website.
The main problem im having is it has 2 set point buttons on the front, set1 and set 2.. no matter what i do i cant get the thing to cut out at a warmer temp..?

has anyone had any exp with these?

Is this on a Counterline chiller? Does it have a HACCP button?
