Fridge compartment is freezing the food

I've got a fridge/freezer combo, but the fridge compartment is frezing the food, even with the setting at 1.

What could be wrong?

If it is mechanical termostat than faulty termostat.
If it is electronic, than it could be faulty probe, PCB or compressor relay.
