HELP...dixell controller xr370c???

HI...can anybody tell me how to get into the perametrs for dixell controller xr370c. While i was working on it i put it on manual defrost and the controller is permanently stuck on off position. Now i can't even get into the system at all. Even suppliers are baffled. Please can anyone help and have the perameters?

You've possibly accidently locked the display, if memory serves when this is the case the display flashes of, press the center of the up/down button and hold for a few seconds.
