high suction pressure and low head pressure

hello, i was working on a split system a/c that was not cooling properly. hooked my gauges up low side was 150 high side was under 100 i noticed the compresser was not on so i put a hard start on it. pressures were fine. what caused the low side to be so high? thanks for any info:)

Temperature in heat exchanger on low side is higher than temperature on heat exchanger on high side, or some source of heat in low side like crankcase heater..
