Having trouble with my Mantiwoc ice machine model no.QD0132A serial no.310003806.At start up there is a click sound and everything goes dead.After about 5 minuets it will come and work fine for about 2-3 cycles,making ice and dumping it in the bin,then it will just go off and never start again untill you go and press the start button,it will start and run for a few seconds and the click and all is dead.There is power going into the unit.Can you guys help?

1. Move the toggle switch to OFF.
2. Move the toggle switch back to ON.
3. Watch the harvest light. It will flash one or two times,corresponding to safety limits 1 and 2, to indicate which safety limit stopped the ice machine.
I need to know 1 or 2 flashes to determine the problem.

It is flashing one time and then machine goes off.If you wait you can restart it with the on off switch.

Normally, after you swithed on the unit, it will do initiallization on its self to check if all pre programed parameter is meet(eg. evap temp, switch contact, cond temp.) all error will be shown in a form of warning lights just like the one you see (light flashing), you must go back to the manual for you to interpret/identify the meaning of this warning lights.

I start by cleaning the unit completely and change the the water filter if you didn't do that yet.
