TXV on Ice..

Hello guys!i am a novice in refrigeration system and i am experiencing having our TXV freezing..i have no idea how to measure the superheat. i believe superheat does a contribution on this?correct me if im wrong..please enlighten me on what to do..

Normally this is either a gas problem or blockage problem. Checked any filters and pressures.

Really, you need someone who has had experience in this to check it through fully otherwise you could do more damage than good.
