The chiller has had a long standing leak that has been repaired, but now shutting off on "low oil-level/flow"
The service manual indicates quite a few steps to the proceedure, any helpfull tips or suggestions?
Unless that leak was on the bottom of the compressor, it is highly doubtful that you lost enough oil to make any difference... and being a long standing leak you would have had long standing oil problems.
Much more likely the refrigerant has flooded back to the compressor, washing the oil out into the system.
I would check for airflow problems through both condenser and evaporator(s), then check the subcooling and superheat.
If I had to guess I would say overcharge, but the numbers will tell the story.

short cycling on the 30gx causes oil migration to the evaporator if you do add oil mesure the amount you add, as you may have to remove what you have put in.
cheers
