:rolleyes: last thursday i replaced 1 compressor tecumseh & 3 days later received call back for the same compressor got same problem locked rotor, i'm thinking it's the txv, replaced txv but still got liquid refrigerant on suction line i'm stuck please help me, what do you think friends in my puzzle? appreciate any comment to help me.

Check evaporator for cleanness and enough air/water. Check fan/pump proper function/direction. Check if it is frosted and defrost it. Check if you have enough load.
If anything above is wrong, you cannot have enough heat to boil all refrigerant.
Check TEV bulb position. Check your subcooling is below 8.5K at design temperature and at 40°C condensation temperature (indication of overcharge).

The system is possibly overcharged causing floodback or orifice oversized for application.

liquid refrig could be bypassing tev and evap if heat exchanger is fitted to evap that is

Do you have an accumulator?
You can try with increase the superheat setting (clockwise the superheat setting screw on TXV, every 1/2 round after half hour running by measure the acture SH.)
