hi guys
i am working on walk in freezer at - 20c
unit operates normally on refrigeration cycle,but when it enters defrost cycle, it remains in defrost cycle( electric heaters) and its temperature rises to +50
the controller shows no sign of error
the name of the controller is carel(master cella). when tured off for a while it operates normally again. system is fully charged.
any idea?

Sork.
Check out the attached settings, take note of the dt1 and dt2 settings, having ensured that the 2nd probe is enabled.
It seems as if your defrost termination settings are inoperative.
Have a read, give it ago and let us know! (how you get on that is?)
