carrier Model: 48TJD006-501YA. 208/230V 3PH
Tecumseh Compressor Model: AVB5558EXT.200/220V 3PH
one year new
When I turn the A/C on, the compressor soundss very noise, and the suction line pressure is: 50psi. and high side pressure is: around 400psi. condenser air inlet and outlet is normal. and inside supply air is not cold enough. Can any technician tell me what is the problem? is something wrong with the compressor or somewhere stuck (block) in the high side? thank you very much

condenser air inlet and outlet is normal

"normal" is an opinion, not a temperature measurement.

Right on the spot Gary.
I think you should check first the fertibilisation.

You should need to blow out condenser coil and report back with results.

If the temperatures are indeed "normal" then it may be that you have none condesibles in your condenser reducing the capacity of it.
Either way...it sounds like you need a fridge dude.

To repeat Brian UK's question...., the refrigerant is .. ? You have hundreds of possible options these days, just pick one.

sounds like non condensibles in there, or perhaps a blocked condensor- slow or reverse direction condensor fan?
