Hi all

I am having a problem with a md11sr smart reefer,

I was there the other day and the unit started up as normal on the electric motor and ran for about 20 secs then shut off on fault code 36 even though the motor was running.
The belts are all tight and definitly not slipping.

It only does this sometimes you could switch it on 10 times and it will run fine,

Has any had this fault before

Thanks

Chris

and check alternator.

I will see how I get on

is the supply good/lead and plug/if 3 phase all good then it
could possibly be the phase module on the relay board,or if there is a grey cover at the top of the board this is the old style, and the board needs replacing.

Hi All

I was down checking the lorry on sunday night ,
I checked connections on the alternator and checked the brushes and all seemed to be fine,

But while I was there I turned the unit on a off a few times and noticed it was acting a bit strange,

One time it would bring in the top contact breaker and go the right way,
And the next time it would bring in the bottom contact breaker and run backwards,

The unit has a grey phase module built onto the board,

So it looks like the board is indeed faulty,

It has gone a little hay wire..

Thanks

Chris
