Hackney cold plate problems

22ft box, kidron body-hackney coldplate, power to the fans(all) compressor does not start, we have no info on these type of units- i can manually engage the compressor contactor but without a wire schematic i am kinda grasping at straws- lots of wiring in the controll box. HELP
