About Refrigerant velocity

Formerly We had used 5/8" Tube evaporator for 4.5 KW. Evaporating Temp -10 Deg C and 55 Deg C Condensing Temp. 2 Circuits
Velocity i get is 4.5 mtr/sec by theorotical calculations

Now I want to use 7/8" tube evaporator for 14.5 KW.

Same Design Conditions. Velocity i get is 3.7 mtr/sec by theorotical calculations . 4 Circuits.

Whether there will be problem of oil return to compressor ? Please guide on this

I'm not sure if I follow you ... what means 2 circuits i.e. 4 circuits ... can you upload s scheme of your circuits, please?
