Hi guys!

Is it possible to connect Daikin indoor units model# FXNQ25MA / FXNQ32MA to KNX/EBM actors in a way as standard fan-coil units are connected/controlled.
For example:
I wish to switch ON/OFF, control temperature and fan speed with these actors:

And this thermostat:

I do not wish to go in direction Daikin BACnet to KNX conversion of telegrams and that sort of complication and investment (~3000$) if there is some Daikin hardware capable to understand simple open/closed contacts comands from actors, or maybe KNX telegrams.

Try KRP4A5x. On/off, state and error. This use to be enough

if you would like to control it from an external source you can use an external controller and turn the fan coil on an off using the T1 and T2 terminals but the temperature must be controlled from you secondary controller.
this would just be turning the unit on and off.

Hi

Intesis manufactures a fully bidirectional KNX interface compatible with these DAIKIN indoor units, allowing full control of the AC unit from KNX, at really low cost. Ref. DK-RC-KNX-1. You can find more info at their web site www . intesis . com
