Assuming that you have repaired the leak, tested and vacced. Add r134a in vapour form to at least 200 kpa (1c) approx. Ensure full evaporator and condenser water flow. Add as much refrigerant in liquid form via the service valve on expansion valve outlet. Adding liquid refrigerant without water flow may result in tube damage due to freezing!! If you have another chiller to keep chilled water temp low you should be able to complete charge quite quickly. If not you will have to warm the cylinders. Any remaining charge can be added while running the chiller. Use at least 3/8 lines preferably with a shut off valve to limit purging between cylinders.
