carrier chillers

I am trying to find the 12vdc stepper motor for the exv on a carrier chiller 30gtn-050--521ka. The problem I am running into is that our distributer (a&h supply) is telling me that hte stepper motor is a side mount motor and the motor I need to replace is a top mount. Any suggestions

Ss far as i know Carrier don't sell the stepper motor seperate you have to buy the complete EXV.
