Lighting Help.

I have been looking around with little sucess. I am looking for some info on lighting systems, sample diagrams, explanination of parts, fault finding ect.
I have been changing starters, ballasts and tubes for some time but i would like to find out more on component parts in order to help me understand totally.
Any help appreciated, thanks. :confused:

Google is always a good starter, I always have fun changing electronic ballasts because they are normally from a different manufacturer than the original.
