Climatisation for mashrooms farm

Hello guys!
I have a client that need a climatisation system for a mashroom farm(to grow mashrooms)!The space is 300 cubic meters ,working temp 17-22 degree C ,RH 70-90%.Outside temperature -25(winter) +30 (summer).
What system do you recomand?

I saw such a system in a much larger place.
They have used cooling with water chiller and large fan coils.
Heating with hot water .
temperature is maintained by controlling 3 way valves and humidity controlled with hygrostat and if needed, they use cold steam.
