SB 200 code 13

This unit has a UPVI micro, has had both supply and return sensors changed. Deutsch plugs removed, still throws this code at times. Anybody have any ideas?

Forget it, The guy that was working on it had to go to the hospital and I didn't have any info on it, Thought it was doing the same thing it was in here for last time, downloaded it and found it was doing something else.
