3PH AC motor

Hi all,

I have a 3PH AC motor 315 Kw that with equal voltages for each coils,amperes are diffrent(about 60A).
what causes are for this problem?

Where are you measuring voltages?

On supply to fuses or contactor, or at motor terminals?

If you measured voltage at motor terminals (as Electrocoolman suggested) than motor windings are damaged (partial winding short circuit).
Check insulation with megger.
