I haven't checked many but they do appear to be sales brochures, are there any technical manuals available on the site or is this a sales pitch only?

That kind of documentation is easy available on any main distributor or manufacturer page. It is not such great science to find that documentation type.
Refrigeration engineer most valuable documentation is technical data sheets and service manuals, and this second, is not available there.
So, it appears that you gave us something what everyone could find on Google by typing few general words like Vaillant and air conditioner and probably on its own language.
For exapmple on mine:
http://www.vaillant.hr/Krajnji_korisnici/Proizvodi/

So, by your nickname selection, avatar picture and provided link it is pretty clear that you making here advertisement without compensation and that you ere not being "nice and helpful" without selfish reasons.:(

That's a little harsh Nike. Jay was trying to be helpful, but maybe, as a salesman and not a hands on engineer, he may not have realised that we prefer the 'Service Information' rather than the general selection data that he has posted links to.

We all make mistakes :D maybe this was one

I am sorry if I was harsh to him, but that is how I saw it.
Probably you know the guy and you know that he was trying to be helpful without personal benefit in mind. If that is the case, I sincerely apologize to him.

Ouch! lol no offence taken. It was not in any way shape or form meant as a sales pitch.
