what do they do and how do they work ???

hi these sava plugs are fitted to every freezer cabinets in iceland stores and although the save on energy they burn out the green indicator lights on the front of the chest freezers.
So you get a call every year or so from the store wanting 56 new indicator lights.
Iceland also have these fitted on the supply cable to the compressors on their multi deck chillers, On the chillers they burn out quicker than what they do on the freezers all it takes is a dirty condenser or slightly overcharged system and you can kiss goodbye to the sava watt
