TK SL200E 30 code 111

I have issue like in the subjet. Unit works with TGVIb. It can work few hours without error 111 but sometime it works 30 minutes and Code 111 appear. I was trying with different EPROM (i changed 1080 to 1060) it doesn't give any change, I installed different controller TGVIb (code 111 appear after few minutes). Would You mind to help me, what is a cause of Error 111 and where should I look for fix it, Please help me , because I don't have any idea what more can I do.

code111 is unit configured incorrectly the jumper number1 left hand side should be centre to bottom for a 30unit no standby

Thanks for information, jumpers are OK. I solved the problem. Maybe explanation will help someone in future. Reason was not properly grounded wire WR (it gives TGVI information about speed when unit works with electrical motor. On 30 series unit (EPROM 1060 and higher) wire WR should be grounded.

Thank you, I just had a call for the same code. I'm gonna check to see if it's the same issue.
