starcool unit

Hai all,
why starcool unit (reffrigeration-container) can't run when we use 20kva generator set?
may somebody have experience like that?
pls help...

Don't know these units but I would suspect that its all down to high starting current.

This unit using converter for running compressor.Amperage draw for this compressor likely same with other engine reefer about 10 A on each phase,but when running in few minutes frequenzy of compressor increase to 110hz with power supply frequenzy still 50hz.
is it possible when frequenzy increase influential to current?
if any what kind of tool/part can added in order this unit can running with generator?
