I have a client who just bought a house that has a Fujitsu ASY12LSBCW installed. The previous owners did not leave the manual so i´ve been trying to get hold of one for him, with no luck. Does anyone here have a link to the manual?

Already tried the Fujitsu site, but I can´t work out how you´re suppose to register for it.

Many Thanks
paul..

Looks like they are playing funny games, you used to get manuals from the NZ site, now it's only the US site that offers anything at all.
Crap websites the lot of them across the world, they still don't list any service agents, parts suppliers or repairers here, just retailers
I'll PM you.

Indeed they have strange way of doing business. Everything is like in military. You could only speak with your direct superior (distributor) and you cannot speak directly to higher instance in hierarchy of Fujitsu!
Only way to get access to their intranet (technical support pages) is if your distributor gave you access.
I tried several times to get support directly from their staff and they keep to divert me to local distributor support even they (local support) are unable to guide me successfully.

Is thre the possibility to have the "service instruction" of ASH9LSACW / AOH9LSAC to get the error codes and the faulty pcb schematic?
Thanks
