Troubleshooting AQV09FAN

Hi,

I have a Samsung AQV09FAN.
Since a power outage, I have 3 LEDs flashing. 2 green and 1 red.

He lost the informations. I know that i can restore these information through manipulation on the remote command, but even with documentation option code,
I do not know what to do, because I do not know the error code.
Does anyone can help me?
