Hi all,
I have a Chigo Air conditioner. It is a 12000 btu.
The model is KFR-32GW/EX1C.
One week ago appears on internal display unit a message: E3. I try to found it on user manual, but there isn't!
On web site (search on google chigogroup)
there is a pdf with Trouble Code but the link is broken! Murphy's Law?!
I try again on google and the only information about error E3 is:
E3 is not an error code, it means your system is simply defrosting itself and will resume to normal
operation in a few minutes time. This is a standard feature and should be left to complete the
defrost, no action is necessary.
In wintertime you may notice steam rising from the outdoor unit during defrost, this is normal. It is
also common for the outdoor unit to drip water in the winter; this is the moisture condensing on the
cold copper coils.
Please contact us if you have any doubts about the correct operation of your system.
For me there is a problem because defrosting don't star, and with 20° C external temperature... why defrosting?!
Any idea?
Thank you
sorry for bad english ;)
