It is not listed in the op's Manuel or user Manuel.
It is mentioned that past a certain level is the domain of the techs at Clivet.
Have you tried rebooting the chiller or trying to clear the alarm?
Failing that I think you may have to speak with Clivet or at least their agent in your Country?
