Hello to you all,

People, does anybody have a service manual for Samsung Moderato inner unit, AQV12MSAN? I will have to take it apart, because the fan is very dusty and I can't clean it without disassembling the unit. At least, I would like to remove front mask, but I don't know how.. I've tryed to remove all (visible) screws, but the mask still holds, not very tightly, but I can't remove it. I have already cleaned my unit with anti(-funghi, -bacterial...all ;)) ), but now I really have to remove the dust and possibly the mould on it.

Oh, yeah..I clean filters every so..

Why don't you try to call specialist. It will cost you from 200-400 kn to make that task with specialized solving agents which don't harm your AC.
If you continue to do it by yourself, you could irreversibly damage your unit.
