how to earn hot water from coldroom

Im mid student of refrigeneration eng. and ı have project abouth energy savings.

ı am searching and find no tips abouth my qesitions

Is there anny one ever do that :?
earn hot water from central coldroom out door unit.

my project parameters is

od temp: 40 c
frezzeerroom ou 40 kw (nominal cooling)
coldroom ou 55 kw

ı am plan that
in primer circule is condensing cooling water
to heat exchancer and secconder loop is boylers tube primer circule

is there anny one to work ever pls inform me
