Hi Guys,
I have 3 question and i think, here is best place for pose them and catch
best deduction for them.

First one is a probem with THERMOGUARD uP IV
Assy P/N: 5D39067G07
Base P/N: 5D33904G01
S.P. P/N: 45-1524
Rev : 0201
that displays ( -04 ) alarm code ! i'm going to Super guarded access and doing as far as i know , but . . . :)

secend : which the best of Thermo King Data Logging Devices for repairig or diagnosing & monitoring data, to support maximom models & revision of the THERMOGUARD MICROPROCESSOR ?

Last one is: how can i get Wintrac 4 Software ?
( You know what's my big PROBLEM ?
shush. . . don't tell anybody i live in IRAN ) ;)
THANKFULLY

Hi Cool knig,

İ think you should find whats happen about your problem:)))

04
KVQ Valve Thermistor Error (Check Alarm)

Indicates a problem exists with the thermistor or its
wiring.

If the Thermistor fails, the KVQ valve actuator
must be replaced.

Check the KVQ valve thermistor circuit with an
ohmmeter. Good thermistor sensor should read
20,000 ohms at 20 C (78 F). edit: should read 68°F

Continuity check circuit wiring using a high
quality ohmmeter. Be sure to maintain the
correct polarity.

NOTE: Do Not use a test light or other
instrument; or controller damage may result.

Code -04 on a SB111 is a pretrip Unit self check generated discharge air sensor.

Its one of a few things

Sensor u/s. To check this scroll thru the screens to DIS press enter to hold this screen. Watch this reading for a few minutes. If it jumps around, the sensor requires replacement.

Incorrect sensor value entered into micro. The sensors are graded. If you take a look at one theres a number and letter on them. This value needs to be entered onto the micro.

Bad connection. Unplug the connections on the back of the micro, clean the pins and the socket with electrical parts cleaner.

hope this helps

Not sure what a KQV valve is?

Another common problem is the periferial seal. This is the little grey oring on the socket.

Hi Everybody
Thanks for your kindly.

I’m repairing destruction, but alarm code was displayed, for check the Microprocessor, replaced it with another one, so its work properly so I deduction the Microprocessor have a problem.
Note: alarm code is -04 = negative zero four.
