To many variables to be able to calculate. The obvious is temperature diff. across the drier and low suction pressure.

depends on the clogged on your drier.. and the ambient temperature in your condensing/outdoor unit..
expect that your drier will be cold if it is clogged and expect that it is warm when it is good...

depends on the clogged on your drier and the ambient temperature of your condensing/outdoor unit.. expect that your suction pressure will be low compared to normal suction pressure..
when you touch your drier.. if it is cold expect that it is clogged and if its warm it is good..
